Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of myllabeauty.com and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you accept them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you receive the order acknowledgement. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other methods shown. We do not store your card details.

Using the tools safely

Our styling tools are supplied for domestic use and are fitted with a UK 3-pin plug. Read the instructions before first use. Do not use near water, do not leave unattended while hot, and keep away from children. We are not liable for damage caused by use that does not follow the instructions supplied.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently between screens. Specifications are those provided by the manufacturer and may be updated without notice.

Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to us or our licensors, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
