How long does delivery take?

One to three working days to process, then seven to fourteen working days to arrive. Our products ship from our supply partners overseas, which is what keeps the prices where they are. We would rather tell you now than after you have paid.

Will I be charged customs?

No. The price at checkout is the final price. If a carrier ever asks you for a payment, do not pay it — email us instead.

Do the tools come with a UK plug?

Yes, a UK 3-pin plug is fitted as standard on every tool. No adaptor needed.

What if I change my mind?

You have fourteen days from delivery to tell us, and fourteen more to send it back. Unopened haircare can go back too — once a seal is broken we cannot resell it, so that falls outside the right.

Which temperature should I use?

Fine or colour-treated hair, 150-180°C. Normal hair, 180-200°C. Thick or coarse, 200-230°C. Start lower than you think — most damage comes from repeating passes, not from one hot one.
