Please read this before ordering: our products are dispatched from our supply partners overseas. That keeps prices considerably below high-street equivalents, and it means delivery takes longer than a next-day UK courier. Typical total time from order to doorstep is 7-14 working days. We would rather tell you this plainly than surprise you after checkout.

Orders placed on a weekend or UK bank holiday are processed the next working day. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; customs checks and carrier delays occasionally add time.

Import duties and VAT

All prices shown at checkout are the final price you pay. There is nothing further to pay on delivery — we handle any import VAT and duties, and you will never be asked for a payment by the carrier. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 48-72 hours to begin updating.

If your order is late or has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 7-14 working days of dispatch, email [COMPLETAR: e-mail de apoio — use um do domínio myllabeauty.com] with your order number. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if we do not deliver within a reasonable time you are entitled to a refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will refund the goods but not the original delivery charge.
